At Sugar Bee Clothing, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or a note with your order details.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our hive receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
